What can our Power Powder Coating shop do for you?

Brake calipers, tire rings, Porsche parts are insanely expensive. Therefore, taking good care of every single part of your Porsche isn't being too cautious, it is a must.

Customizing brake calipers is a whole lot easier than it used to be. A lot of people have successfully painted their calipers with matching touchup paint (spray and brush on) without experiencing burn off or discoloration. Caliper paint kits can give color and style to your brake calipers, but, unlike powder coating finishes, paint kits don't guarantee a lack of drips and sags on a metal surface. In a nutshell, powder coating is the practice of spraying electrostatically charged particles of pigment onto a grounded item, so there's no danger of overspray. Powder coating enjoys an unlimited color section, from standard color all the way to metallic colors. You can have a low gloss, a metallic look, or a clear finish. The texture can be smooth, but you can choose to have it wrinkled, or with a matte finish. A brake caliper's powder coat finish will not fade, not even under 500 degrees Fahrenheit, or extreme weather conditions.

Power Powder Coating and Porsche

We have extensive experience with Porsche parts and accessories. Painted tire rings? Painted brake calipers? Those things aren't exactly luxuries. Instead they are things every car owner should do if he really wants most parts of his vehicle to have a long-lasting gloss-finish. The powder coating cost is nothing compared to the benefits.

And what's the End Result?

The pictures below speak for themselves:

yellow brake calipers
Yellow Porsche brake calipers after powder coating. Painted brake calipers come in base colors of red, blue, yellow, silver, and many car owners prefer yellow calipers because yellow offers a nice contrast with the rest of the car. The $440,000 Porsche Carrera GT, for example, comes with yellow calipers straight from the factory.
red brake calipers

Porsche yellow calipers

You are looking at the same yellow calipers you saw in a previous picture. The color you choose for your calipers should offer a nice contrast, or a nice match, with the color of your car. Red always looks good, it is an intense color, and it is also the color of anger and love. If your car is black, red calipers will look great, and blue calipers would look good as well. If your car is red, choosing the color of your brake calipers should be a no brainer. However yellow calipers on a red car would look great as well. Some people think black brake calipers can make any car look sexier. Many car owners believe yellow brake calipers can make any car look cooler. Black or red, yellow or blue, in the end, it is a matter of taste as well as a matter of keeping your brake calipers in good condition.
